A networkable digital signage system comprising of a small, embedded signage player and a network-based content management software. The bundled, LAN-based and/or Web-based Digital Signage Content Management software enables media transfer, playlist management and scheduling of signage content- all controllable remotely over a network via a standard web-browser. The system also supports an independent mode operation to allow for continuous playback via the Mvix Ceeno player regardless of network connection.
How it works
As a typical use case, Mvix Ceeno is mounted behind a LCD / Flat Panel TV. The device is connected to the TV via a YPbPr (Component) video cable and to the network using a Cat5 network cable. Media (slides, images, videos) is uploaded to the web-based CMS, scheduled and published on the devices. Each device can have an independent schedule/media playback.

HD Video & Images
Ceeno allows upto 720p / 1080i video resolution over Component Video out port (YPbPr) for a full-screen playback of videos, images, slideshows and background music. Flexible content compatibility makes an ideal, low-cost digital signage system for a variety of applications
Low-cost Digital Signage
Mvix Ceeno is a low cost, low maintenance signage controller targeted at SMB installations. There are no subscriptions, contracts or fees associated with its usage. All content management and device control software are included in the package.
Playlist Scheduling
Scheduling is a key to digital signage. Customization of playback schedules allows content display at any time of day or night to cater to the current audience at that particular time. Day-parting schedules can be defined down to one-minute increments with start/end dates.
Manage and Monitor
Mvix Ceeno allows remote management and control of all signage players from one central location. You can play, pause, stop, reboot the devices, update the software, retrieve data and much more. Content management software displays device status and network performance in realtime.
Control Flexibility
Ceeno signage network can be managed independently (no network option), over the LAN or over the web-based interface. Content can be updated manually via a USB drive, over an isolated (private) LAN using the Client Administration Tool (CAT) or via an server-based content management system (iCatSignage).
RSS / Text Feeds
Keep your signage content dynamic and fresh through RSS feeds. Ceeno allows a scrolling ticker of news, weather, stock or text announcements via a pre-published RSS feed. A text marquee at the bottom with a full-screen of videos and slideshows makes it a complete digital signage controller.
Location Control
Multiple signage players can be installed at different geographic locations and can be managed by one central administrator. Signage players can be grouped by location and updated independently or as a group.
Stats/ Reporting
Administrative tool provides comprehensive log reports about signage player activity history and proof-of-play. Data includes "signage player uptime" duration, "proof of play" and "frequency of ad playback" across all locations and devices.
